As a bicoastal kid with a passion for all things digital, I grew up absorbing all forms of media, cultivating a desire to create. Today, I aspire to be a communications specialist and make a splash in today’s ever-changing digital landscape.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been interested in writing and reading. (I wrote my first book when I was in the second grade.) My enthusiasm for writing and my nerdiness for news led to my study of journalism at Brigham Young University. Along the way, I fell in love with creative digital artforms like graphic design and photography. My training with these skills and experiences applying them have allowed me to become a “jack of all trades, master of some” rather than a master of just one.
My professional experiences range from being a journalist to a Wikipedia editor to a communications assistant, and everything else in between. I have helped clients and organizations share their messages creatively and effectively and hope to continue doing so as I pursue a full-time career.
When I’m not writing, editing, or designing, you may find me involved in a multitude of random things including travel, baseball, dancing, puzzles, and painting, just to name a few. If you want to learn more about what I can do to assist you in developing communications content, or you’d just like to chat about cooking videos on Instagram, contact me today.
